31% Increase in Final Weight

Summary of Results:

Final Weight: The VP group was ~31% heavier than the control group. (2.35 kg vs. 1.79 kg)

Mortality Rate: The control group's loss rate was 4 times higher than the VP group's. (8% vs. 2%) 

Feed: Both groups received the same amount of daily feed (130g) and total feed (5330g). 

 


Key Observations:

No Cannibalism: Cannibalism was eliminated from day 5 onwards in the Vitalperformer group. 

Improved Feathering: Better feathering was observed from day 8. 

Better Digestion: The litter in the VP group area was significantly cleaner ("fast bei 0" / almost at 0), indicating better digestion compared to the normal litter in the control group.
